The USCSA has an incredible team of volunteers, coaches, and officials whom we recognize each year at our Annual Conference. Congratulations to the 2023 Award winners and thank you for your service to the USCSA!
Keystone Award
Awarded to an individual that has been instrumental at the highest level assisting the USCSA President during the past season executing the mission of the organization. This individual has proven to be indispensable to the USCSA President. Their role has gone beyond that of a volunteer. They have chosen to work, often in the background, to assist the President executing their duties. Their efforts have ensured delivery of the best service possible to the organization and membership. Without the contributions of this person, the very success USCSA enjoys would be in jeopardy. Volunteer of the Year
Presented to a USCSA volunteer that has gone above and beyond others to enhance the USCSA experience for athletes and events. The very existence of the organization depends deeply on the efforts of thousands of volunteers working to deliver the USCSA experience. This award is presented, in recognition of one, that has given more of themselves to the USCSA than all others. |
Coach of the Year
An individual, who during the past season has exemplified the qualities of a great coach in every sense of the position. This coach commanded the respect of other coaches and athletes alike, both on and off the hill. Their influence on the sport extended beyond team, division, or boundaries. The recipient of this award has contributed to the strengthening of the sport through increasing participation, respect and public awareness. The coach, to whom this honor is bestowed, represents the fundamental canons of USCSA collegiate skiing in every sense. Conference Coordinator of the Year
